How to return items for size exchange in Thailand

  1. Go to the Contact Us page.
  2. Fill out the online form, selecting the subject “Request Size Exchange.”
  3. Specify the size you want to exchange for.
  4. Click “Submit” to send your request.

Once you receive a confirmation email regarding your exchange request, please return the item in its original condition, following our return policy. Include the shipping document (provided in your package) and send the item to the following address:

Conditions for Size Exchange (Applicable to Domestic Orders Only):

Return Period
Once your size exchange request is confirmed via email, you must return the item to the provided address, adhering to the company’s return policy, within 14 days from the date you received the product (based on the shipping company’s tracking information).
Note: The return period includes Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with all brand tags attached.
  2. The item must not have any damage unrelated to manufacturing defects, no perfume scent, and must not have been washed.
  3. The return must include the delivery order (D/O) provided with your original purchase.
  4. The company reserves the right to decline returns for items purchased during promotional events.
  5. The company does not accept requests for changes to designs or patterns under any circumstances.
