1. Terms and Conditions

1.1 The website, social media platforms, and any other service channels are created and managed by SliptoSleep Co., Ltd. (“SliptoSleep”). SliptoSleep provides these platforms for the purpose of disseminating information about its services and products, and to facilitate the use of its services and products by users (“you”).

1.2 By using SliptoSleep’s service channels, you are bound by these Terms and Conditions. Your use of these services constitutes your acceptance of the terms, which legally obligate you to the provisions outlined herein. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1 All products, services, information, text, documents, images, animations, sounds, logos, or other content, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, and trade secrets, appearing across SliptoSleep’s service channels are protected under intellectual property law and are the property of SliptoSleep.

2.2 You agree not to violate SliptoSleep’s intellectual property rights, not to use its intellectual property for commercial purposes, and not to alter, modify, replicate, or copy any of its intellectual property.

2.3 In case of any legal disputes, you waive your rights to pursue civil or criminal action against SliptoSleep.

3. Modifications to Services and Terms

3.1 SliptoSleep reserves the right to modify, amend, or adjust any aspect of its service channels without prior notice. You agree to regularly check for updates, modifications, and additional terms related to SliptoSleep’s service channels.

3.2 Your continued use of any SliptoSleep service channels may result in a binding legal agreement or contract in accordance with the revised or updated Terms and Conditions.

4. Terms and Conditions.Use of the Service

4.1 You agree, acknowledge, and accept that your use of SliptoSleep’s website and service channels will be for lawful purposes and in compliance with the terms set forth by SliptoSleep.

4.2 You also agree not to use SliptoSleep’s website or service channels for personal gain, commercial purposes, or any activity that violates laws or public morals.

4.3 If you are under 18 years of age, your use of SliptoSleep’s services must be under parental supervision. Both you and your guardian are responsible for any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

4.4 You are responsible for any content, including text, images, videos, comments, reviews, and information (“content”), that you transmit via SliptoSleep’s service channels or through any medium where you reference SliptoSleep. You acknowledge the risks and accept full responsibility for your content, which must be lawful and must not infringe the intellectual property or rights of SliptoSleep or others.

4.5 You agree to avoid posting content that is false, defamatory, misleading, offensive, hateful, disruptive, harassing, or obscene.

4.6   Additionally, you agree and accept the following:

(a)    SliptoSleep reserves the right to monitor your content at any time.

(b)   SliptoSleep holds sole discretion in deciding to remove your comments or ratings after they have been published.

(c)    Your comments regarding SliptoSleep’s services or products must be truthful and accurate

(d)   You will be solely responsible, both directly and indirectly, for any content that violates the rights or intellectual property of others.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 Under no circumstances will SliptoSleep, including but not limited to its executives, shareholders, managing directors, board members, employees, staff, or agents, be held liable to you, any individual, or any legal entity for any direct or indirect damages, punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or loss of data arising from the use or access of any of SliptoSleep’s service channels. This applies regardless of whether such damages arise from warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if SliptoSleep has been informed or should have been aware of the possibility of such damages or losses. You acknowledge and accept that this provision applies to all products and services of SliptoSleep.

5.2 As for SliptoSleep’s products, SliptoSleep disclaims all warranties of any kind and in all cases, including defects or damages resulting from failure to follow instructions or guidelines regarding the use of SliptoSleep’s products and/or services, including misuse or modifications. You are considered to have thoroughly read and acknowledged the proper use of SliptoSleep’s products and/or services.

6. Force Majeure

SliptoSleep is not responsible for any failure to perform due to events beyond its control, such as pandemics, wars, terrorism, natural disasters, or material shortages required for product assembly, or any service disruptions caused by such force majeure events.

7. Remedies and Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, compensate, reimburse, and/or defend against any damages that may arise or have arisen to SliptoSleep, including but not limited to its executives, shareholders, managing directors, directors, employees, staff, and agents, from any claims for damages and/or expenses brought by third parties and/or external parties (including legal fees) resulting from your use of SliptoSleep’s service channels or any violation or breach of the terms of use.

8. No Agency or Representation

These terms and conditions do not intend to create any agency, partnership, joint venture, employer-employee, or any other form of relationship between you and SliptoSleep.

9. Notices and Communications

9.1 Except where expressly stated otherwise in writing, if you wish to provide any notice or communication, you acknowledge that it must be sent to

9.2 In the case that SliptoSleep provides notice to you, SliptoSleep will send it via the email address you have provided or through another communication channel such as Line (if applicable). Such notice will be considered received by you once SliptoSleep has sent or is deemed to have sent the notice.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The use of SliptoSleep’s service channels falls under the jurisdiction of the Kingdom of Thailand, and you agree that the governing law will be Thai law, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. This applies to all terms of use and/or any disputes that may arise between you and SliptoSleep. The courts of Thailand shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings or disputes that arise.
